Serene Dental CRM acts only as a software platform provider.

Billing & Payments

  • Subscription fees must be paid on time
  • Fees may change with prior notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or limited access

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and design remain the property of Serene Dental CRM and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serene Dental CRM shall not be liable for:

  • Business interruption
  • Financial losses
  • Medical decisions or treatment outcomes
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and internal clinic procedures.

Termination

Users may stop using the platform at any time.
